NAPLAN Protocol Session: Adjustments for Students with Disabilities within the online platform

Description:

The focus of this session is the NAPLAN Online environment and understanding adjustments the online platform affords students together with the process for determining if students require an adjustment.

National protocols related to adjustments for students with disability, the Guide that details the process and critical timelines will be discussed.

Participants are required to have an electronic or hard copy of the:

  • 2021 Handbook for Principals (Online) and
  • Guide for Schools to Assist Students with Disability to Access NAPLAN Online.

Target audience:

Schools undertaking NAPLAN Online in 2021

Principals and teachers responsible for liaising with students and families regarding adjustments within the context of NAPLAN and the online platform.
