Program Overview: This session will focus on key aspects of self and co-regulation within a whole school wellbeing context, led by expert Dr Natasha Marsten, Manager, Headspace Practice Development and facilitated by the Be You team. Healthy emotional regulation in children and adults will lead to us feeling more confident and capable, and it will support stronger relationships. It will enable us to be able to pay more attention, learn new things, and cope with the normal ups and downs of life.

Participants will engage with related components of the Be You Framework, guiding you to embed the most relevant resources and evidence-informed strategies into every layer of school life – from culture and leadership to policies and classroom practice.

Program Lead: please contact Michele Oliphant or Alice Duffield.
