DESCRIPTION:Join the Be You Team and headspace experts to explore practical
  strategies for embedding whole school wellbeing. These interactive sessio
 ns focus on sustainable change and measurable impact across school culture
 \, policy\, and daily practice. Each session features a keynote introducti
 on followed by a workshop to support the development of tailored\, evidenc
 e informed strategies using Be You implementation tools.\n\nYour commitmen

 egulation within a whole school wellbeing context\, led by expert Dr Natas
 ha Marsten\, Manager\, Headspace Practice Development and facilitated by t
 he Be You team. Healthy emotional regulation in children and adults will l
 ead to us feeling more confident and capable\, and it will support stronge
 r relationships. It will enable us to be able to pay more attention\, lear
 n new things\, and cope with the normal ups and downs of life.\n\nParticip
 ants will engage with related components of the Be You Framework\, guiding
  you to embed the most relevant resources and evidence-informed strategies
  into every layer of school life – from culture and leadership to polici
