Program Overview: Carving out time to practise and strengthen coaching skills during the busy school day can be challenging. Coaching Labs offer a solution—an engaging, termly online series designed for practising coaches who want to grow their confidence and capability.

Join a community of like-minded professionals in four after-school workshops, each facilitated by the talented Ben Calleja and Av Swami from CCSolutions. Together, you’ll co-create content that meets your needs and revisit key coaching techniques in a supportive, professional learning environment.

Possible focus areas include refining goal-setting, navigating resistance and challenging dynamics, evaluating coaching impact, deepening core coaching skills such as listening and questioning, and giving feedback that builds self-awareness and agency. For less than $100 a workshop, each 90-minute session provides space for active learning, reflection, and connection. Recordings will be available to revisit core concepts and support ongoing development.
