DESCRIPTION:Build your coaching confidence and skills through four after-
 school online workshops. Collaborate with peers\, co-create coaching con
 versation focus areas and refine key coaching capabilities in a support
 ive\, professional learning community. Recordings will be available for
  post-session reflection. \n\nYour commitment: 6 contact hours plus any 
 required reading.\n\nAITSL Professional Standards for Teachers: Focus are
 as 6.2 and 6.3.\n\nDelivery mode: 4 x online sessions.\n\nPresented by: A

  Carving out time to practise and strengthen coaching skills during the 
 busy school day can be challenging. Coaching Labs offer a solution—an en
 gaging\, termly online series designed for practising coaches who want t
 o grow their confidence and capability.  \n\nJoin a community of like-mi
 nded professionals in four after-school workshops\, each facilitated by th
 e talented Av Swami and Grady Scheiblehner from CCSolutions. Together\, yo
 u’ll co-create content that meets your needs and revisit key coaching te
 chniques in a supportive\, professional learning environment. \n\nPossibl
 e focus areas include refining goal-setting\, navigating resistance and 
 challenging dynamics\, evaluating coaching impact\, deepening core coachin
 g skills such as listening and questioning\, and giving feedback that buil
 ds self-awareness and agency. For less than $100 a workshop\, each 90-m
 inute session provides space for active learning\, reflection\, and connec
 tion. Recordings will be available to revisit core concepts and support on
