Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), session 3 of 3

1st November, 2021 @ 9:00 am

Date/Time:

01/11/2021 - 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Description:

Venue: Immanuel College

The national data collection on students with disability acknowledges the work already undertaken in schools to support students with disability. It assists schools to identify and to support students with disability so they can access and participate in education on the same basis as their peers.

This workshop series will assist Inclusive Education Coordinators and school leaders to develop a sound understanding of the legal obligations and levels of educational adjustment and, therefore, to improve the quality and consistent application of definitions under the NCCD model.

These workshops will be held over three terms and are designed for key staff members responsible for the data collection. Participants will build upon their working knowledge of the NCCD model and consider their role in supporting related whole school practice.

Target audience: Inclusive Education Coordinators and leadership team members

Delivery mode: Face to face

Presenters:
Alice Duffield, AISSA
Melissa Symonds, AISSA
