Designed for principals, senior and middle leaders, aspiring coaches, and managers of teams, this two-day program builds coaching capability through the GROWTH framework, essential skills and a coaching Way of Being. Participants will develop a coaching mindset, apply techniques in real scenarios, and integrate coaching into their leadership style empowering them to inspire teams, drive performance, and lead with impact 

Your commitment: 14 contact hours plus any required reading.

AITSL Professional Standards for Teachers: Focus areas 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 7.1.

Delivery mode: 2 x face-to-face sessions.

Program Overview: Join this engaging and practical two-day course designed to deepen your understanding of effective coaching practice. You will explore three foundational elements: 

  • the GROWTH conversational framework
  • essential coaching skills
  • a coaching Way of Being.

Facilitated by Av Swami and Grady Scheiblehner from CCSolutions (Australia’s exclusive licensed provider of GCI and ICG programs) This program will equip you with the awareness, skills and confidence to engage in coaching conversations and apply a coaching approach across a variety of professional contexts. 

You will also explore coaching as a leadership stance, with a particular focus on enhancing feedback conversations and other leadership interactions. This professional learning is ideal for principals, senior and middle leaders, coaches and mentors, as well as management and administration staff who lead teams.

Bookings

Registration for this workshop will incur a fee of $1,100.00 price (GST inclusive) per participant. This fee is invoiced after the series has commenced and is payable even if you do not attend on the day as the AISSA will still incur costs. If notice of cancellation is received 7 business days before the first date of series, the fee will be waived.
