Program Overview: This session will focus on key aspects of psychological safety and educator wellbeing within a whole school wellbeing context, led by an expert from the Headspace National team and facilitated by the Be You team. Be You recognises that educators are facing increasing pressures that can affect your mental health and wellbeing.

With increasing workloads, stress levels, staff turnover and burnout, Be You has tools to help you:

  • set professional boundaries and have conversations about your workload
  • seek support
  • identify strengths and strategies to manage stress and avoid burnout
  • support your colleagues and contribute to a mentally healthy learning community.

This session offers a balance of expert practitioners, research, application, and collaboration—equipping schools to take meaningful, strategic action on educator wellbeing.

Program Lead: please contact Michele Oliphant or Alice Duffield.
