The educational gains associated with formative assessment have been described as “among the largest ever reported for educational interventions” OECD, 2017.
Assessment, within an effective learning design, provides evidence which informs both learners and teachers equally.
This one-day online workshop will engage learning leaders in an exploration of:
- formative assessment to extend teacher practice and amplify teacher judgements
- authentic, meaningful tasks to engage and deepen student learning.
