The Power of the Network: Deputy Principal Group

23rd February, 2023 @ 1:00 pm

Date/Time:

23/02/2023 - 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Description:

The Deputy Principal Network is for current deputy principals and heads of schools who are seeking to further develop their leadership knowledge, executive skills, leadership capacity and capability.

It is envisaged this group will grow the AISSA leadership pipeline by focusing on succession planning and leadership development, not only for themselves but also in their own schools.

Program content will be co-constructed with participants to ensure it connects to the day-to-day reality of the group, ensuring learning is contextualised to specific needs. An exciting component of the program will be the opportunity to work with a professional companion and/or critical friend, drawn from a national pool of current school leaders. Leaders will also be able to access the expertise and experience of the network, visit a range of schools, engage with thought leaders and receive one-on-one leadership support from colleagues at AISSA if desired.

This is a series. By registering you are committing to attending the following sessions:

23 February, 1.00pm – 4.00pm (AISSA)
22 May 9.00am – 3.30pm (AISSA)
