SUMMARY:The Power of the Network: Deputy Principal Group
DESCRIPTION:The Deputy Principal Network is for current deputy principals a
 nd heads of schools who are seeking to further develop their leadership kn
 owledge\, executive skills\, leadership capacity and capability.\n\nIt is 
 envisaged this group will grow the AISSA leadership pipeline by focusing o
 n succession planning and leadership development\, not only for themselves
  but also in their own schools.\n\nProgram content will be co-constructed 
 with participants to ensure it connects to the day-to-day reality of the g
 roup\, ensuring learning is contextualised to specific needs. An exciting 
 component of the program will be the opportunity to work with a profession
 al companion and/or critical friend\, drawn from a national pool of curren
 t school leaders. Leaders will also be able to access the expertise and ex
 perience of the network\, visit a range of schools\, engage with thought l
 eaders and receive one-on-one leadership support from colleagues at AISSA 
 if desired.\n\nThis is a series. By registering you are committing to atte
