Program Overview: Designed for coaches, leaders of teaching and learning, and others in roles that support teacher growth, the Impact Cycle is introduced through a structured exploration of Jim Knight’s instructional coaching framework, focusing on the three key stages: Identify, Learn, and Improve. Facilitated by Av Swami and Grady Scheiblehner from CCSolutions—Australia’s exclusive licensed provider of GCI and ICG programs—this program guides participants through the complexities of supporting change in teaching and instructional practice.
Participants will develop the dispositions and skills needed to build productive partnerships with educators, grounded in a coach’s “Way of Being.” The program emphasises respectful sharing of expertise and strategies to help teachers sustain commitment to student-centred goals. By the end of the program, participants will have the tools and support to grow in confidence and capability to initiate and lead effective coaching cycles that foster meaningful professional growth.
