The highly skilled Ben Calleja, from Growth Coaching International, will facilitate The Coaching Lab – a termly opportunity for instructional coaches to grow in their reflective practice and enhance their repertoire of coaching skills and ways of being as a coach. 

Recognising four key elements of developing quality teaching practice – building knowledge, motivating staff, developing techniques, and embedding practice, The Coaching Lab will provide regular and focused opportunities to build coaching practice and confidence. 

This is a series. By registering you are committing to attending the following sessions:
