DESCRIPTION:The highly skilled Ben Calleja\, from Growth Coaching
 International\, will facilitate The Coaching Lab – a termly opportunity
 for instructional coaches to grow in their reflective practice and enhance
 their repertoire of coaching skills and ways of being as a
 coach. \n\nRecognising four key elements of developing quality teaching
 practice – building knowledge\, motivating staff\, developing
 techniques\, and embedding practice\, The Coaching Lab will provide regular
 and focused opportunities to build coaching practice and
 confidence. \n\nThis is a series. By registering you are committing to
