PCRG members are invited to register for the term 2 meeting.

The agenda and papers will be sent to registered participants 1 week prior to the meeting.

A light lunch will be available from 1pm.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

Completion of this form registers you to attend this meeting face to face.
