 meeting.\n\nThe agenda and papers will be sent to registered participants 1
 week prior to the meeting.\n\nA light lunch will be available from
 1pm.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORTANT NOTICE: \n\nCompletion of this form registers
 you to attend this meeting face to face.\n\nFor registration enquiries
