Focus: Staff Wellbeing – The conversations continue

Critical reflection involves closely examining all aspects of events and experiences from different perspectives.
Educators often frame their reflective practice within a set of overarching questions, developing more specific questions for particular areas of enquiry. (My Time, Our Place Framework For School Age Care In Australia)

We will continue discussing and exploring staff wellbeing in the context of OSHC settings with particular attention to developing reflective questions that support educator wellbeing in everyday practices.

Participants will engage in conversations with colleagues in relation to evaluate the effectiveness of current practices in their OSHC services. They will explore and consider other approaches and strategies for the ongoing development of staff wellbeing in their OSHC learning communities.

Please note you are not required to have attended the previous session to participate in this meeting.
