DESCRIPTION:&nbsp\;\nIf you would like to participate via Zoom please email
  Rae Dawkins\n&nbsp\;\nFocus: Staff Wellbeing – The conversations contin
 ue\n&nbsp\;\n\nCritical reflection involves closely examining all aspects 
 of events and experiences from different perspectives. \nEducators often f
 rame their reflective practice within a set of overarching questions\, dev
 eloping more specific questions for particular areas of enquiry. (My Time\
 , Our Place Framework For School Age Care In Australia)\n\nWe will continu
 e discussing and exploring staff wellbeing in the context of OSHC settings
  with particular attention to developing reflective questions that support
  educator wellbeing in everyday practices.\n\nParticipants will engage in 
 conversations with colleagues in relation to evaluate the effectiveness of
  current practices in their OSHC services. They will explore and consider 
 other approaches and strategies for the ongoing development of staff wellb
 eing in their OSHC learning communities.\n\nPlease note you are not requir
 ed to have attended the previous session to participate in this meeting.\n
