Program Overview: Challenging conversations are a part of every school environment—whether they involve colleagues, students, families, or other stakeholders. This practical one-day workshop equips all school staff with the confidence, sensitivity, and skills to navigate these conversations effectively. Facilitated by CCSolutions—Australia’s exclusive licensed provider of GCI and ICG programs—the workshop introduces a conversational coaching approach that balances high expectations with constructive relationships.

Participants will explore the foundations of effective feedback culture and develop the mindsets and skills needed to engage in complex dialogue. Emphasis is placed on three key features of successful conversations: how we listen and respond, how we lead and manage the conversation, and how we show up. Through interactive learning and practical frameworks, participants will build capability to navigate difficult conversations in ways that foster trust, clarity, and mutual respect.
