27/03/2023 - 9:00 am - 3:30 pm
This program focuses on leadership for the future. Leaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning, context mapping, organisational analysis and change, visioning, implementation and scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role and strategic focus.
The program provides participants with a practical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current research, leadership theory and their daily work. It focuses on the ways leaders can create a culture that welcomes innovation, change and renewal and strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff.
The program also focuses on personal leadership growth and development including self-awareness, adaptive capacity and agility.
