SUMMARY:Leading Change and Innovation
DESCRIPTION:This program focuses on leadership for the future. Leaders will
  be supported to undertake leadership learning\, context mapping\, organis
 ational analysis and change\, visioning\, implementation and scaling of th
 eir own school-based project related to their current role and strategic f
 ocus.\n\nThe program provides participants with a practical and lived expe
 rience of leading change that is closely linked to current research\, lead
 ership theory and their daily work. It focuses on the ways leaders can cre
 ate a culture that welcomes innovation\, change and renewal and strategies
  to gain commitment and buy in from staff.\n\nThe program also focuses on 
 personal leadership growth and development including self-awareness\, adap
 tive capacity and agility.\n\nThis is designed for leaders at all levels w
 ho have the capacity to influence and lead innovation and change.\n\nIt wi
 ll:\n\n 	build the leadership and process capacity for school innovation a
 nd change\n 	connect participants to a network of change leaders and\n 	pr
 ovide skills and processes to lead your own school's strategic vision.\n\n
 There will be four network days:\n\nDay 1 - Leading Innovation and Change\
 nDay 2 - Leading Self\nDay 3 - Leading Others\nDay 4 - Sharing Practice.\n
 \nThere will also be opportunities for one-to-one support throughout the p
 rogram.\n\nThis is a series. By registering you are committing to attendin
 g the following sessions:\n\n27 March\, 9.00am - 3.30pm\n3 May\, 9.00am - 
 3.30pm\n25 August\, 9.00am - 3.30pm\n23 October\, 9.00am - 3.30pm\n\nInput
  sessions will be from 9.00am – 1.00pm. Afternoons will be devoted to in
 dividual and team planning and initiating of innovation and change process
