Leadership in the Early Years

14th March, 2023 @ 9:00 am

Date/Time:

14/03/2023 - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Description:

This series of workshops will address the current challenges of leadership in the early childhood sector.

How can early childhood leaders be supported to grow professionally in a space that has been, and continues to be a major issue for debate? Leadership now requires a different approach and focus as schools and early learning environments are changing. Participants will explore and engage in a range of research, resources and tools to build leadership capabilities and competencies in leading self and others and developing a case for change in response to current needs and demands within the early childhood sector.

The three workshops will focus on developing the leadership capacity of early childhood leaders (ELC – Year 2) who are seeking an opportunity to build on their professional knowledge base and skills as leaders.
