SUMMARY:Leadership in the Early Years
DESCRIPTION:This series of workshops will address the current challenges of
  leadership in the early childhood sector.\n\nHow can early childhood lead
 ers be supported to grow professionally in a space that has been\, and con
 tinues to be a major issue for debate? Leadership now requires a different
  approach and focus as schools and early learning environments are changin
 g. Participants will explore and engage in a range of research\, resources
  and tools to build leadership capabilities and competencies in leading se
 lf and others and developing a case for change in response to current need
 s and demands within the early childhood sector.\n\nThe three workshops wi
 ll focus on developing the leadership capacity of early childhood leaders 
 (ELC – Year 2) who are seeking an opportunity to build on their professi
 onal knowledge base and skills as leaders.  \n\nThis is a series. By regi
