Sometimes, in the busyness of school life, it can be hard to carve out time for reflection and the practicing of coaching skills. The Coaching Lab is an online forum comprising of three 35-minute sessions each term, for practicing coaches led by practicing coaches, Dr Mark Dowley and Raelene Plozza from Brighton Grammar School.
The Coaching Lab provides a structured space for coaches to:
- practice key coaching skills and grow their repertoire.
- discuss solutions to common coaching challenges.
- connect with other practicing coaches from across Independent schools in Australia.
As an online forum it will connect practicing instructional coaches with other coaches across the Independent sector nationally.
Term 1, weeks commencing 12/02/2024, 26/02/2024 and 11/03/2024.
These sessions will be repeated three times each week and you are free to attend anytime that best suits your schedule.
