SUMMARY:Instructional Coaching Series: The Coaching Lab (Flexible Dates and
  Times)
DESCRIPTION:Sometimes\, in the busyness of school life\, it can be hard to 
 carve out time for reflection and the practicing of coaching skills. The C
 oaching Lab is an online forum comprising of three 35-minute sessions each
  term\, for practicing coaches led by practicing coaches\, Dr Mark Dowley 
 and Raelene Plozza from Brighton Grammar School. \n\nThe Coaching Lab pro
 vides a structured space for coaches to:\n\n 	practice key coaching skills
  and grow their repertoire.\n 	discuss solutions to common coaching challe
 nges.\n 	connect with other practicing coaches from across Independent sch
 ools in Australia.\n\nAs an online forum it will connect practicing instru
 ctional coaches with other coaches across the Independent sector nationall
 y.\n\nTerm 1\, weeks commencing 12/02/2024\, 26/02/2024 and 11/03/2024.\n\
 nThese sessions will be repeated three times each week and you are free to
