Description:

This is a highly practical workshop that will build conversational intelligence to navigate complex conversations with sensitivity, consistency and skill. Growth Coaching International will facilitate a one day workshop that supports participants to undertake challenging conversations using a conversational coaching approach, recognising that context is key and with the aim of achieving constructive solutions where everyone feels heard and respected.

Participants will consider the attributes of an effective feedback culture, as well as the mindsets and skills that are needed to be brought to the conversation.  They will engage with a range of frameworks and feedback types that build skill and confidence to engage in complex and challenging conversations.
