Instructional Coaching Series: Leading and Scaling Coaching Teams

8th May, 2023 @ 9:00 am

Date/Time:

08/05/2023 - 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

Description:

This program will partner with Brighton Grammar School’s Dr Mark Dowley to support teachers and school teams with responsibility for leading instructional coaching (Coaching Leads) in their schools to build and/or expand a sustainable coaching approach.

Coaching Leads will explore and plan aspects such as:

  • partnering with and leading your team
  • maintaining coaching momentum
  • collecting data and evidence of impact, and
  • Instructional Playbooks: developing clarity about your instructional approaches.

Coaching Leads will be part of a network of practice, working alongside fellow educators, industry experts and experienced coaches using instructional coaching to lead change in their school. The opportunity to receive individual or team coaching aims to build contextual applications and support in-school implementation.
