SUMMARY:Instructional Coaching Series: Leading and Scaling Coaching Teams
DESCRIPTION:This program will partner with Brighton Grammar School's Dr Mar
 k Dowley to support teachers and school teams with responsibility for lead
 ing instructional coaching (Coaching Leads) in their schools to build and/
 or expand a sustainable coaching approach.\n\nCoaching Leads will explore 
 and plan aspects such as:\n\n 	partnering with and leading your team\n 	ma
 intaining coaching momentum\n 	collecting data and evidence of impact\, an
 d\n 	Instructional Playbooks: developing clarity about your instructional 
 approaches.\n\nCoaching Leads will be part of a network of practice\, work
 ing alongside fellow educators\, industry experts and experienced coaches 
 using instructional coaching to lead change in their school. The opportuni
 ty to receive individual or team coaching aims to build contextual applica
 tions and support in-school implementation.\n\nAdditional School Immersion
  Opportunity\n\nAn AISSA school immersion at Brighton Grammar School\, Mel
 bourne\, will take place in term 3. One day will focus on 'Coaching in Act
 ion'\, to see a functioning coaching program in action. The second day wil
 l immerse participants in 'Accelerated Coaching Practice'. Schools can ele
 ct to participate in one or both days at the additional cost of $400.00 pe
 r person\, per day + flights/accommodation.\n\nThis is a series. By regist

 .00am – 3.30pm\n31 July\, 9.00am – 3.30pm\n\nAudience: Both continuin
