9th November, 2022 @ 4:00 pm

Date/Time:

09/11/2022 - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Description:

The AISSA Inclusive Education team will work with school leaders to build capacity to strengthen approaches to specific identified contexts of Inclusive Education. This includes catering for students with Complex Learning Profiles. Inclusive Education as a model of practice is currently the focus of national conversation and documented in research as best practice. School leaders indicate that they request and benefit from ongoing support in this area.

Four sessions will be provided with an area of focus on current and emerging interests including:

  • enrolment
  • student attendance and policy development
  • managing behaviour including suspension / expulsion

The four sessions will support the development of document creation, enacting practice and feedback.
