This workshop led by Paul Campey, Chartered Accountant and specialist governance consultant, is designed for aspiring and new board members as well as those wishing to improve their financial literacy. The workshop will focus on what board members need to know, what to look out for, financial performance indicators and understanding budgets. It aims to build the capacity of board members to better understand school financials and will address basic theory and concepts and the importance of school context in effective financial management.

Audience: New board members and those wishing to improve their financial literacy.

Delivery mode: online – a Zoom link will be sent closer to the event.
