This program will empower school leaders, together with key leadership staff, to review current understanding and practice of inclusive education through a research lens and practical opportunities. Participants will be encouraged to courageously examine and plan for change management using cycles of improvement. This may include a review of current school policies and procedures and/or goal setting and implementation.

Duncan Rintoul, Director of Rooftop Social, will lead the three sessions, including a Term 1 introductory Zoom session and two full-day face to face workshops during Term 2 and Term 4.

The AISSA team will facilitate site visits to schools during the year at the request of participating schools.
