Program Overview: Whether you are already part of the AISSA’s vibrant and growing Power of the Network for Deputy Principals and Heads of School, or considering joining for the first time, now is the time to get involved!
This dynamic network continues to be a space where collaboration, innovation, and leadership development thrive. It is designed for leaders who want to deepen their knowledge, expand executive skills, and strengthen their leadership capacity and capability.
Gain access to the collective expertise of peers, visit schools, engage with thought leaders, and receive one-on-one leadership support from experienced colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to work with a professional companion, a current school leader or industry expert, who will support your growth and reflection.
We will work alongside Tracey Ezard, focusing on Leading Teams with Ferocious Warmth, maximising both your leadership impact and your team’s effectiveness. Become an architect of both culture and strategy, build the collective strength of your team and the leadership pipeline of tomorrow.
