Principals play a key role in developing and supporting the culture, ethos and character of their school. Additionally, in an Independent school, they are charged with oversight of the day-to-day responsibilities of the business of the school.
The Supporting Newly Appointed Principals program will provide the opportunity for newly appointed Principals to the sector to expand their professional networks and to share the joys and challenges when leading an Independent School, in some instances, for the first time.
