The 2023 webinar series will continue to bring together educators from ELC to Year 12, researchers and industry to consider new thinking, new possibilities and to explore how STEM education can provide students with new opportunities and pathways for a strong and vibrant future. A series of four STEM focused webinars.

Webinar 1: AI in Schools

This webinar will help participants understand some of the almost invisible ways that AI operates in our lives, the exciting possibilities for students to use AI across the curriculum to deepen and extend their subject matter learning, while also developing knowledge and understanding of AI.

Webinar 2: STEM Careers

This webinar will feature educators and resources that are designed to inspire students to develop an interest in careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Webinar 3: Interdisciplinary and Transdisciplinary Learning

This webinar will focus on STEM being more than an acronym. It does not provide answers, but instead throws down challenges for all of us as educators to consider how we design and engage students in an education not only for their present but also for their future.

Webinar 4: STEM in Nature Play

This webinar will explore the many STEM opportunities in nature play from junior primary to junior secondary school.
