24th October, 2022 @ 9:00 am

Date/Time:

24/10/2022 - 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Description:

This leadership program, designed for aspiring, middle and senior leaders and leadership teams, focuses on contemporary leadership.

Leaders will be supported to undertake leadership learning, context mapping, organisational analysis and change, visioning, implementation and scaling of their own school-based project related to their current role and strategic focus.

The program provides participants with a practical and lived experience of leading change that is closely linked to current research, leadership theory and their daily work. It focuses on the ways leaders can create a culture that welcomes innovation, change and renewal and strategies to gain commitment and buy in from staff.

A focus on personal leadership growth and development including self-awareness, adaptive capacity and agility underpins the program.
