The Leading Change in the Teaching of Primary Mathematics series (formerly Primary Maths Hub) focuses on building individual and social capital in relation to leading mathematics in schools.

These half day workshops will be held once a term and will engage Learning Leaders in practice exchange and stimulating professional dialogue about current and emerging best practices in mathematics learning and teaching.

Dialogue will focus on:

  • current mathematics educational research and initiatives
  • leading mathematics
  • generating practical ideas for action
  • reflective practice and critical reflection
  • sharing of classroom practice and mathematics initiatives and
  • open discussion.

This is a series. By registering you are committing to attending the following sessions:

28 February, 1.30pm – 3.30pm
20 June, 1.30pm – 3.30pm
22 August, 1.30pm – 3.30pm
31 October, 1.30pm – 3.30pm

Audience: mathematics learning leaders F – Year 6
