This series of workshops is designed to support those leaders and support staff who are new to the role of VET leader or support person in schools. Sessions will include a combination of presentations, interactive activities and planning opportunities for participants to engage with.

Key focus areas include:

• VET and VETRO
• VET policies and procedures
• VET counselling
• SACE and VET resulting
• SBATs
• Workplace learning and elements of career counselling related to VET learning.

This is a series. By registering you are committing to attending the following sessions:

6 April, 9.30am – 2.30pm (Immanuel College)
13 June, 9.00am – 3.00pm (Westminster School)
4 September, 9.00am – 3.00pm (Immanuel College)
27 October, 9.00am – 3.00pm (TBC)

Audience: VET coordinators, career counsellors, workplace learning coordinators and support staff
