A comprehensive two-day coaching program, ‘The Impact Cycle’, facilitated by Ben Calleja from Growth Coaching International (GCI), will support participants to explore their own school context and the levers and skills to undertake instructional coaching in their school. This program is offered through GCI’s partnership with Dr Jim Knight’s Instructional Coaching Group.

Designed around the key themes and research drawn from The Impact Cycle: What Instructional Coaches Should Do to Foster Powerful Improvements in Teaching, the aim of this program is to support educators to participate in instructional coaching cycles that lead to improved teaching and student learning.

This program is primarily intended for instructional coaches, leaders of teaching and learning, learning specialists, professional learning leaders, and others whose core function in schools is to work alongside teachers to help them develop their practice.

Audience: school practitioners ELC – senior secondary who wish to grow their skills in instructional coaching
