HR Series: Conducting Effective Induction Processes for New Employees

Commencing a new job can be a daunting process. The transition to the new workplace is made easier and more effective for both the individual and the school if there is an effective induction process in place. Effective induction ensures the employee feels immediately welcome and is able to be productive and increases the likelihood of a long term, mutually beneficial and successful relationship.
