DESCRIPTION:The Women in Leadership program is an opportunity for women in 
 the Independent sector to connect with and learn from other successful wom
 en\, from both inside and outside of education\, share effective practices
 \, lessons learned and strategies for encouraging other women into leaders
 hip.\n\nIt will also provide the opportunity to work with a professional c
 ompanion\, an experienced school leader\, throughout the duration of the p
 rogram.\n\nThe program will be presented by Dr Barbara Watterston\, CEO of
  the Australian Council of Educational Leadership (ACEL) and respected Aus
 tralian author\, leadership researcher and professional learning facilitat
 or.\n\nDay 1: Why a focus on women in leadership?\n\nDay 2: Crafting lea
 dership identity - who am I as a leader?\n\nDay 3: Sharing experiences an
 d learnings\n\nProfessional companioning and work shadowing experiences wi
 ll occur between days 2 and 3.\n\nThis is a series.  By registering you a
