DESCRIPTION:The program will provide an opportunity for women to connect
 with and learn from other successful women\, from both inside and outside
 of education\, share effective practices\, lessons learned and strategies
 for encouraging other women into leadership.\n\nIt will also provide the
 opportunity to work with a professional companion\, an experienced school
 leader\, throughout the duration of the program.\n\nThe program will be
 presented by Dr Barbara Watterston\, CEO of the Australian Council of
 Educational Leadership (ACEL) and respected Australian author\, leadership
 researcher and professional learning facilitator.\n\nDay 1\n\nWhy a focus
 on women in leadership? The day will conclude an opportunity to connect
 with aspirant women from the 2022 program to further develop professional
 dialogue and connections.\n\nDay 2\n\nCrafting leadership identity - who am
 I as a leader?\n\nDay 3\n\nSharing experiences and
 learnings\n\nProfessional companioning and work shadowing experiences will
 occur between days 2 and 3. \n\nThis is a series. By registering you are
 committing to attending the following sessions:\n\n19 June\, 9.00am -
 5.00pm\n18 September\, 9.00am - 3.30pm\nSession 3\, 9.00am - 3.30pm (date
