DESCRIPTION:The program will provide an opportunity for women to connect wi
 th and learn from other successful women\, from both inside and outside of
  education\, share effective practices\, lessons learned and strategies fo
 r encouraging other women into leadership.\n\nIt will also provide the opp
 ortunity to work with a professional companion\, an experienced school lea
 der\, throughout the duration of the program.\n\nThe program will be prese
 nted by Dr Barbara Watterston\, CEO of the Australian Council of Education
 al Leadership (ACEL) and respected Australian author\, leadership research
 er and professional learning facilitator.\n\nDay 1\n\nWhy a focus on women
  in leadership? The day will conclude an opportunity to connect with aspir
 ant women from the 2022 program to further develop professional dialogue a
 nd connections.\n\nDay 2\n\nCrafting leadership identity - who am I as a l
 eader?\n\nDay 3\n\nSharing experiences and learnings\n\nProfessional compa
 nioning and work shadowing experiences will occur between days 2 and 3. \n
