 s. Participants will explore four key areas that shape inclusive\, evidenc
 e-informed classroom practice:\n\n 	How Humans Learn: Understand executive
  functions\, cognitive load theory\, and the value of explicit instruction
  in supporting all learners.\n 	Oral Language and Literacy: Examine the fo
 undations of oral language and its essential role in reading\, writing\, a
 nd spelling.\n 	The History of English: Discover how etymology and word st
 ructure influence literacy development and classroom teaching.\n 	Neurodiv
 ersity and Pseudoscience: Learn to identify co-occurring challenges and av
 oid pseudoscientific approaches\, using Response to Intervention as a guid
 ing framework.\n\nThis workshop offers practical strategies and deep insig
 hts to strengthen inclusive\, high-impact English teaching across all year
