SUMMARY:School Avoidance and Non-attendance Workshop
DESCRIPTION:As part of the Supporting students at risk of school avoidance 
 and non-attendance: An implementation trial of Pathways2Participation for 
 South Australian Independent schools' project\, which has been funded thro
 ugh a gift from Eynesbury Senior College\, a workshop will be held for all
  member schools on strategies to address non-attendance.\n\nThe workshop w
 ill explore practical and evidence-based strategies that schools can imple
 ment to improve school attendance. Featuring current research\, it will di
 scuss how a multi-dimensional Multi-Tiered Systems of Support framework ca
 n be used to target intervention at the point of need. Information about a
  new research project focusing on school attendance being run in partnersh
 ip with AISSA will also be shared.\n\nDesigned for: Principals\, Heads of 
 Schools\, Wellbeing Leaders.\n\nYour commitment: 2 contact hours plus any
