SUMMARY:Responding to Self-Harm in Primary Schools
DESCRIPTION:The focus of the session will be responding to primary aged
 students and identifying supports\, including helpful strategies for school
 leaders and wellbeing teams to ensure they are caring for themselves and
 each other.\n\nAs part of this session\, the facilitators will:\n\n 	Share
 understandings of self-harm in the primary context\n 	Explore the Mental
 Health Continuum\, including the “Window of Tolerance”\n 	Discuss
 student self-regulation\n 	Discuss and build understanding of the NIP
 Framework (Notice\, Inquire\, Provide) – including conversation ideas\n
 	Identify mental health services\n 	Discuss the importance of Educator
 Wellbeing\, boundaries and roles\n 	Provide guidance on Be You Resources to
 assist schools\n\nAudience: primary principals and wellbeing
