  Managing psychosocial hazards involves identifying\, assessing\, and mit
 igating workplace factors affecting employees' psychological well-being an
 d job satisfaction.\n\nThese hazards can cause psychological or emotional 
 harm but aren't necessarily physical\, still impacting health and producti
 vity. It's crucial to manage psychosocial hazards for a positive work envi
 ronment\, employee wellbeing\, and organisational performance. Collaborati
 on among employers\, managers\, and employees is needed to create a suppor
 tive and healthy workplace culture.\n\nThis program explores workplace psy
 chosocial hazards\, reviewing existing hazard identification and risk mana
 gement frameworks\, and ensuring a safe working environment.\n\nOutcomes:\
 n\n 	Identify psychosocial hazards in the workplace.\n 	Assess risks to ps
 ychosocial health and wellbeing.\n 	Identify measures to control the risk
