SUMMARY:Principals and ELC Directors series: Meeting Obligations in Inclusi
 ve Education
DESCRIPTION:Principals and ELC Directors navigate complex responsibilities 
 and decision-making processes in inclusive education. These workshops enab
 le Principals to clarify obligations\, consider risk management and identi
 fy best practice in enrolment\, behaviour\, health\, and attendance.\n\nTh
 e workshops intend to support principals and ELC directors to confidently 
 and strategically action administrative and educational practices within t
 heir schools which reflect a clear understanding of relevant obligations\,
  current funding processes and best practice in inclusion. Workshops will 
 include recommendations regarding policy and related documents.\n\nTopics 
 covered include:\n\n 	Challenging student behaviour: obligations\, risk ma
 nagement and best practice approaches\n 	Enrolment: students with disabili
 ty and diverse needs\n 	Student attendance: responding to poor attendance 
 and refusal\n 	Health and medical support: enrolling and supporting studen
 ts with complex medical needs\n\nPost workshop\, participants are invited 
 to elect an area of interest and continue planning their journey of improv
 ement with the presenters.\n\nThis is a series. By registering you are com
