SUMMARY:Positive Behaviour Support: Prevention and Intervention
DESCRIPTION:This event is fully booked.\nDay 2\n\nA full day workshop provi
 ded to teachers and school leaders\, focusing on fostering proactive\, pos
 itive behaviour strategies and supports within schools from the everyday c
 lassroom through to intervention. The workshop will consider practical act
 ions and responses in the educational setting\, with consideration to the 
 learning from Day 1 in the series. Topics covered include:\n\n 	positive b
 ehaviour support\n 	response to intervention\n 	functional behaviour analy
 sis\n 	individual behaviour support plans.\n\nParticipants will increase t
 heir capacity to understand and apply current research and evidence-based 
 strategies in a contextualised manner\, proactively supporting positive be
 haviours.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTarget audience: Teachers and school leaders\n\nDe
 livery mode: Face to face\n\nPresenter: Melissa Symonds\, AISSA\n\n&nbsp\;
 \n\nIMPORTANT NOTICE: \n\nDue to current COVID-19 restrictions the AISSA
