It provides a forum for provocation and discussion and facilitates a community of practice approach to ongoing pro fessional learning. Implementing the My Time Our Place Framework and the N ational Quality Standard\, participants will have the opportunity to visit and tour OSHC services and engage in rich group discussions relating to c urrent research on educational theories and practices\, focused topics and other questions and issues raised.\n\nFocus for this event: Staff Wellbei ng\n\nWe will be discussing and exploring staff wellbeing in the context o f OSHC settings with particular attention to:\n\n Developing a more inten tional focus on staff wellbeing in OSHC settings.\n Considering what staf f wellbeing means in the context of your service.\n Developing reflective questions that support educator wellbeing in everyday practices.\n Explo ring effective practices and resources to improve how wellbeing is valued and supported within individual services\n\nParticipants will engage in co nversations with colleagues in relation to these four key areas to evaluat e the effectiveness of current practices in their OSHC services.
