SUMMARY:OSHC Educators’ Network meeting 4 via Zoom
DESCRIPTION:This session will be offered via Zoom.  Registered attendees w
 ill be sent an access link closer to the event.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe OSHC Edu
 cators’ Network is structured for OSHC leaders and educators from our me
 mber schools to engage collaboratively in ways which invigorate and enrich
  practice. It provides a forum for provocation and discussion and facilita
 tes a community of practice approach to ongoing professional learning.\n\n
 Focus\n\nWe will be discussing and exploring ways effective leadership bui
 lds and promotes a positive organisational culture and professional learni
 ng community (Quality Area 7 Standard 7.2). There will be a particular foc
 us on the development of professionals (Element 7.2.3) in the key areas of
 :\n\n 	Informal and formal performance management\n 	Opportunities for pro
 fessional development\n 	Professional learning communities\n\nParticipants
  will engage in conversations with colleagues in relation to these three k
 ey areas to evaluate the effectiveness of current practices in their OSHC 
 services. They will explore and consider other approaches and strategies f
 or the ongoing development of professionals in an OSHC learning community.
