SUMMARY:OSHC Educators’ Network Meeting 2
DESCRIPTION:The OSHC Educators’ Network is structured for OSHC leaders an
 d educators from our member schools to engage collaboratively in ways whic
 h invigorate and enrich practice. It provides a forum for provocation and 
 discussion and facilitates a community of practice approach to ongoing pro
 fessional learning. Implementing the My Time Our Place Framework and the N
 ational Quality Standard\, participants will have the opportunity to visit
  and tour OSHC services and engage in rich group discussions relating to c
 urrent research on educational theories and practices\, focused topics and
  other questions and issues raised.\n\nTerm 1 learning focus: Developing l
 eadership capacity in OSHC services\nIn this session participants will exp
 lore effective ways for improving self-awareness\, and mutual understandin
 g between individuals within a team. They will consider and discuss the be
 nefits and impact of critical reflection in relation to their own leadersh
 ip behaviour and practices\, and how they influence the environment around
  them.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nTarget audience: OSHC Providers\, Directors and Educa
 tors\n\nDelivery mode: face to face\n\nIf you would like to attend these 
 sessions by Zoom\, please register on the AISSA website and then email Ra
 e Dawkins to advise.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORTANT NOTICE: \n\nDue to current 
 COVID-19 restrictions the AISSA is required to enforce set limits on the
  number of attendees for this event based on social distancing and maxim
 um density rules.  To secure your place please complete the registration 
 as attendance at the AISSA office without a confirmed place may result i
 n being turned away if the event is at capacity.\n\nThere is no on-site p
